I've been tagged...

I've been tagged by the amazing Candice . Here are the rules:
•When tagged place the name of the person that tagged you and URL on your blog.
•Write 7 random facts about yourself.
•Name 7 bloggers that you are tagging

1. I just bought my first I-pod. Yes, I know I am so far behind. I got the shuffle with the $15.00 i-tunes gift card at Walmart. It's so awesome..I can hear Redeemer by Nicole C. Mullins and the very next minute Lay Your Hands On Me by Bon Jovi. No radio station is gonna do that for you.
2. I'm addicted to this season of One Tree Hill. It's so good.
3. I'm reading the book of Acts as a 40 day challenge from our new pastor. Saturday we start Romans. I don't think I've ever read Acts all the way through from beginning to end. WOW! Did Paul ever have some courage and faith. I want to be more like him.
4. I'm in awe of how fast time is going by as I watch my boys grow up.
5. I want to have another baby.
6. I'm ready for summer vacation.
7. My battery died in my watch today.

I'm tagging Ashley, Michael and Deborah. That's about all the people I know that read my blog and also blog. So there you go.

Have a Happy Easter!

What do you want to be when you grow up?

On the way home yesterday John was telling me about an author that came to visit their school yesterday. He said, 'You have to go to college for 8 years, 8 years to be an artist that draws the pictures for books.' I said, 'Is that what you want to do when you grow up?' He said, 'NO! I want to be in the Air Force. I'm gonna be an Army Man.' Alex says he wants to be a train conductor. I remember when I was little and I wanted to be a cheerleader and a cashier. I did achieve my dream of being a
cashier at Ingles for 4-5 years. Never accomplished that goal of cheerleader...not coordinated enough to do that. I did try - once. I wonder how many different things the boys will want to be. I look forward to seeing them dream big dreams and succeed.

Mommy, I made a butterfly!

While John and I were reading his story for homework yesterday Alex calls out to me from their area of the house and says 'Mommy, I made a butterfly!' We kept reading and he got more insistent. 'Mommy, I made a butterfly, come and see.' I asked him Alex what did you make a butterfly out of? He said, 'My poop.' Can't say I saw the art in that but you gotta love his thoughts on it.

John looked at him in the bottom bunk as he was climbing to get on top and said to me 'He's so cute...when he's asleep.'

Boy - they sure do keep me laughing!!

Have a great weekend!
